TheHinduMatrimony.com is a matrimony platform intended for individuals who are legally eligible to marry. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (21 for males as per Indian law) and are seeking a life partner for the purpose of marriage.

You must provide accurate, truthful information in your profile. Misrepresentation of age, marital status, education, income, or any other details is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual may create only one profile. Creating multiple profiles, or creating a profile on behalf of someone without their knowledge, is prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use TheHinduMatrimony.com for any purpose other than seeking a matrimonial alliance. Commercial solicitation, harassment, abusive behaviour, sharing inappropriate content, or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account termination.

You may not share another member's personal information (photos, phone number, address) with third parties without their explicit consent. Respecting the privacy of fellow members is fundamental to our community.

Impersonating another person, using fake photographs, or creating profiles with the intent to deceive other members is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

Fees

All features currently offered on TheHinduMatrimony.com are free, including Premium and Spotlight. If we introduce charges, the price will be shown clearly before you pay, and paid features will never be activated without your confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

TheHinduMatrimony.com acts as a platform to facilitate introductions between individuals seeking marriage. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by members, nor do we conduct background checks unless explicitly stated (e.g., profile verification).

We strongly recommend that users independently verify the information provided by potential matches before proceeding with any commitment. Meeting in public places and informing family members about planned meetings is advised.

TheHinduMatrimony.com shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between members on or off the platform.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of TheHinduMatrimony.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
